On Saturday 29th June 2019 we will be giving a presentation and tasting of our wines at West St Kitchen, Bristol after being kindly invited by Nathan and Millie as part of their Pasta and Natural Wine event.
We will give a photographic presentation of how we set up the vineyard, and introduce the basics of biodynamic viticulture & viniculture. We will then take you through our natural winemaking processes and a guided tasting of our 3 Petillant Naturel sparkling wines – Beltain (white), Lammas (rose) & Samhain (red).
In addition to the tasting and talk, the ticket price of £15 includes a full glass of wine and a bowl of hand made pasta. You can also stay on to try more of the fantastic natural wines on the menu.
