This is a one-day workshop run by Robin Snowdon (vineyard manager and winemaker for Limeburn Hill Vineyard) exploring the growing of grapes and the making of wine following Biodynamic principles. This introductory course has now been running for 6 years and is suitable for people working with vineyards, or planning to, people working in food or hospitality who want to understand more about provenance, and anyone interested in healthy farming.

Price includes the teaching, vineyard tour, wine tasting, vegetarian lunch and refreshments.
